Recall that the Management of the BSU had in a statement by the registrar, Mrs Mfaga Modom, directed all staff of the school to resume with immediate effect.

But reacting to the directive in a statement on Wednesday, by Terrumun H. Gajir, Secretary ASUU-BSU, he advised members to stay calm and await further directives.

The Union warned that any member found in violation of the strike would face disciplinary action.

According to him, “ASUU-BSU is still on strike as declared by the national body”, adding that the circular does not concern its members.
