Akor Adams has returned to Super Eagles camp after he was granted permission to visit his mother in hospital.
mother was hospitalised on the eve of Nigeria’s Round of 16 encounter against the Mambas of Mozambique.
The forward’s parents are in Fès to offer him support during the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
The 25-year-old revealed after the game with the Mambas that his mother couldn’t come to stadium because of her illness.
Team administrator, Dayo Enebi Achor stated that Akor is back with his teammates in camp.
“He took permission to go and see his mother who was hospitalized here in Fès, and returned in less than an hour,” Achor told thenff.com.
