Legendary musician, Olarenwaju Fasasi popularly known as Sound Sultan is dead. He is regarded as one of the pacesetters of modern hip hop music in Nigeria.
JustNewsLine(JNL) gathered that Sound Sultan died at the age of 44, following a battle with throat cancer.
Kayode Fasasi, who broke the news confirmed that Sound Sultan had a “hard fought battle with Angiommunoblastic T-cell Lymphoma”.
Sound Sultan is survived by his wife, three children and his siblings.
