Tinubu urged to personally ensure Southeast produces next Senate President

The President-elect, Bola Tinubu has been urged to be personally involved in the zoning of the Senate Presidency.

Deji Adeyanju, a socio-political activist, said Tinubu should personally ensure that the Senate President is zoned to the Southeast.

In a post on Facebook, Adeyanju also suggested that the Northwest or North Central should get the Speaker.

According to Adeyanju: “President Elect, Tinubu should personally be involved in ensuring the senate president position is zoned to the South East.

“We already have a Muslim-Muslim ticket in place and the incoming government is not balanced. North West or North Central should get Speaker.”
