At least a total of four countries have qualified for the Round of 16 stage of the ongoing 2023 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Argentina.
Following the conclusion of Wednesday’s group-stage fixtures, Argentina, Colombia, USA, and Nigeria have qualified for the Round of 16 stage.
The four countries all have 6 points each after winning their first two games in the group stage.
Recall that Senegal drew 1-1 with Israel on Wednesday, Nigeria defeated Italy 2-0, Colombia won 2-1 against Japan, and Brazil defeated the Dominican Republic 6-0.
Meanwhile, Uruguay will face England on Thursday night in the group stage, while France will clash with Gambia.
Iraq will tackle Tunisia, and South Korea will face Honduras.
The final group stage fixtures will take place on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The Round of 16 stages will commence next week.
