Former England striker Alan Shearer has predicted some of the Premier League fixtures set to be played this weekend.
The English top flight is set for a busy few weeks of football.
This weekend, the pick of the bunch is the top-of-the-table clash between Chelsea and Arsenal at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
Before then, Manchester United travel to Crystal Palace, while West Ham welcome struggling champions Manchester City.
Shearer told BetFair: “Crystal Palace vs Man Utd – I’m going to go for a home win, because I think they’re an excellent side. Prediction: Crystal Palace win.
“West Ham vs Liverpool – I’m not confident, but I’ll go for Liverpool away, a win. Prediction: Liverpool win.
“Chelsea vs Arsenal – Chelsea have had an extra day’s rest and that might factor into it, but I just think because of how good Arsenal are, and how they can rotate and make one or two changes without it impacting them I’m going to say Arsenal will go there and win. Prediction: Arsenal win.”
